Bash online

Not even worth one star. It was my partners birthday n I had ordered a soccer boots on bash. Days go by only to receive a message stating my order was lost in transit n I will be refunded in 10 days! How ridiculous is that. I had paid for my order n placed it with hopes of having a birthday gift only to be dealing with this awful situation /service. How does a package get lost in transit???
