Bash not deliver purchase items

On 3 May I pay R357 for 9 mugs and delivery fee. I only received 3 mugs and nobody responded to my emails so it look like my 6 other mugs are GONE. Bad service. Be careful because you do not know what you will receive if you purchase from Bash
