BASH lives up to it's name!

I received a top which was small and returned it to store for an exchange. I was told I don't have credit when the payment made was through an account and the balance cash. I do not understand the rationale as the good were already bout all I wanted was a return.

I will never make use of this service because I had to wait for each item to be delivered separately which in itself is an inconvenience and now the return/ exchange is just as worse.

Compare your online shopping with other reputable stores and improve but as for me this was the last rime I EVER buy anything at this store. You really live up to your name, you just BASH people. I am ****ed beyond the word.
