Bash, jack up your service, and don't deduct money before the goods are delivered.

I have placed 3 orders with this company in the past week or two. I realize that couriers are busy right now but tracking should be correct.. Today I received a message to say that their delivery was unsuccessful yesterday. I had the parcel sent to my son's work address. He is there from 8-5pm and no-one phoned him, although Bash and the courier have his number on the order-no missed calls-nothing. I hope it comes today as this is a gift for my daughter. They rub salt into the wound by taking the money from my account before even one of the two parcels is delivered. Most reputable companies wait until the parcels are received. Couriers are taking too much work on-a few nights ago, I received a parcel way after dark-not the same courier.
