Bash is with holding my funds as a refund. Poor service.

Purchased an item on BASH. They cancelled the transaction as they told me they had no stock. Why did they allow the purchase. Now I still have not received the funds back into my credit card. The Bank tells me that Bash is holding up the return of funds. Who is lying to me. This is the last purchase that I will make on Bash website and publish this experience on all social media about my experience
