Bash is useless. Dumb online store. RamCouriersUseless

Most unprofessional unhelpful bunch of people ever. I placed the order on friday and it requested a delivery address which i entered. Once I received my email confirmation I saw that their system automatically picked up my old work address. I emailed bash support (not much support) who made no effort to assist me. I was given a link to change address on RAM couriers site. I did the amendments 3 days in a row!!! No response from Ram. This morning I get an sms saying it is going to be delivered to the incorrect address. I phone Robyn and then speak to Arren. Both say they can't help in resolving my isssue cos apparently its 2 different issues and That is That
