Bash is useless

Bash has the worse service ever. Ordered placed on 4th and 8 days later when I called to check when will I receive my order, I was told order was cancelled. Promised to refund within 10 days. Followed up on day 10 only to be told that I must submit a bank statement. Now I must wait for another 10 days. Pathetic customer support.
