BASH IS THE WORST! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered 2 items from Bash, my parcel was ****** by the courier guy and I have a footage of this as a proof, I contacted Bash Customer Service to raise the issue with them, an investigation was done and I was then promised I’m going to receive my full refund within 3-10 working days. I have been going back and for the with them for my refund and the update I’ve been receiving from them is inconsistent. What an awful service I’ve experienced as a first time customer.
