BASH IS THE DOWNFALL OF TFG!

I'd give them -100 stars if I COULD, placed an order online (B***-01) after struggle with them the whole month to get my app working. One item from the 2 was delivered and the app on my phone indicates the other item should be delivered today the 20th. Out of curiousity I checked my order using my PC and guess what? The other item has been cancelled while my phone app still has it as awaiting delivery. So two devices has different order statuses. Last night the item was still the discounted price and today its available without discount yet my item was cancelled. I called today and was told its cancelled because they dont have stock. But it has now been MIRACULOUSLY been reinstated and is in stock at the original price

I swear BASH is going to be the downfall of TFG. So now im advised if i still want the item to order it again which will be the original price and not the discounted price that i was awaiting delivery for today. This must be their new **** to interest us with discounted or sale prices so we order then cancel your order so you can reorder it at its full price.

I have been with TFG for years and TFG app was a delight to use with no order issues. This BASH is nonsense. One issue after the other. They have just managed to lose a customer. Im over this sorry excuse of a collective online platform.

If this is how they work. I will no longer be buying from them and will gladly close my account.
