Bash is Terrible!

I placed an order for a Steve Madden Tote bag on the 4th od December as a Birthday surprise for my wife who's birthday was on the 12th of December.

I was notified on the 9th December that i can collect the item from @Home tygervalley, When I collected the item on the 10th I immediately noticed that the package is way to small to be a Tote bag and I had recieved a name tag holder.

I immediately called bash support and opened a ticket.

Up until today I have received no feedback as to where the item i ordered is and every second day someone new handles the ticket with no feedback.

Im shocked by your terrible service. Bash has no sympathy for the situation i was in. I'll never order from you guys again. Ticket #***
