Bash is terrible at solving problems

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would, I placed an order on the 27 November 2024 for 2 pairs of sneakers, to date only 1 has been delivered and for the 2nd pair I cannot get a clear answer from Bash as to when I will receive it. They've also closed their telephone lines so you can't even call them to follow up, the only communication received is more emails telling you the delivery is delayed with no definitive answer as to when I will receive the order I paid for. They don't even call you as a courtesy to provide tou with an update, the onus is on me as a consumer to get in touch with them for an answer they don't give which is totally unacceptable. Their customer service is extremely poor and their query resolution is just as poor if not more.
