bash is nonsense

so i bought a top on bash and trying to return it its a nightmare. i went to foschini wonderpark and was told its not their item iconography then was told to contact bash. i called bash on ***and was told that i should return to the store they should take it which is boring cos i use petrol for all this ups and downs then suddenly was told to call ***which doesnt even go through. it was easy to take my money but now im sent from pillar to post to return it this is nonsense. i want this top gone and my money back.
