Bash is a nightmare. Stay away from it

I bought shoes on the bash application, on the 23 November and when I track my order on Thursday the 28th it said the oder was delivered on the 27th, however I never received it. I contacted Bash and they said it was an error on their side. Now they are giving the run around ,blaming courier and their telling to wait. They don't even contact me,I am the one who always have to ask them. Since Thursday until today I am being told I have to wait even though they know what happened . Today they send me a link to rate their driver even though they never delivered my package. This is the worst company ever. You oder here at your own risk. This people don't care. Now I have lost my money.
