Bash is a disappointment

I bought an item over 2 weeks ago,they told me that the parcels were going to be delivered separately as i had bought 2 items,1 item was delivered but the second one was never delivered on the website the items have “delivered “ status even though I did not receive the item, there is no update with regards to its delivery.I wrote an email and they responded by saying my issue has been resolved until now they haven’t solved it.I am NEVER buying from them again .
