Bash is a ****

They delivered a parcel with incorrect goods (from Exact, which had two adult sweates, when I ordered 4 kids items) at "the Fix" mall@carnival. The staff at the store called Bash and spoke to a consultant, who advised them that I can leave the goods at the store. Now, they are failing to collect the same parcel they delivered at the store. It's been 3 weeks and counting. I'm ready to campaign to have them cancelled, because they clearly don't give a rat *as about us their client.
