BASH - *****ING PEOPLE’S MONEY

I’ve been placing BASH orders for far over a year now. But it’s the second time in 3 months where I’ve ordered items - their documents shows all items have been delivered, but it’s not. They simply refuse to refund the missing items. Apparently they have done investigations to confirm that items have indeed been packed, and therefore they are sorry to not refund clients. But they also don’t share the “proof” of where it was packed indeed. This is over R1400’s items. They’re personnel are *****ing yet the client must suffer due to this. After spending thousands of rands at Bash, I’m deleting this APP because they are incapable of delivering a good service.
