Bash-ing My Expectations

I'm still trying to pick up the pieces after my disappointing experience with Bash. I ordered some hair products. The shampoo was leaking all over the other products, courtesy of some lackluster packaging that seemed to involve just tossing everything into a bubble wrap bag with a knot tied at the top.

It's clear to me why they call it Bash – they literally bash your products around during delivery! I'm not sure if it's a lack of care or just a disregard for customer satisfaction, but either way, it's unacceptable.

To top it off, I didn't receive an email with my tracking info, so had to keep logging in to check it myself. And when I went to collect my order, I realized that I hadn't even received an OTP.

Despite the disappointing delivery service, the guys working at ARCHIVE, from whom I collected my order, were super helpful, friendly and are doing an excellent job.

Maybe it's time for them to rethink their approach and start treating customers' orders with a little more TLC?
