BASH incapable of understanding basic delivery logistics

I don't know what geniuses run their delivery scheduling but they are, by far, the worst company I have dealt with in terms of deliveries.

I placed an order for 24 items and selected the option to collect the delivery. They decided to split the order into **ELEVEN** different parcels, each arriving at their own time. I went into the store to collect once I had confirmation that the 11th parcel was ready for collection.

Lo and behold, they decided to return 8 of the 11 parcels without notifying me in any manner.

Contacted them only to be told:
