BASH, I got a real bash-ing

Useless online service. I placed an order for sweat pants and paid. On delivery I receive jeans and kids top, call customer care; the best they offered is an apology and for me to go return items to a store. What ****gery is that, I am not spending my petrol paying for their employees taking our items for themselves ad intentionally packaging wrong things.
