Bash - horrible, disappointing service.

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Bash Online. I placed an order on the 29th of August, the expected delivery was the 5th of September. Unfortunately, nothing had arrived. I then log a ticket on the 9th of September, querying my order. I was informed the matter had been escalated. I later receive feedback stating that the order status has been stuck in "accepted", meaning the order had not progressed further. The following day I'm advised that due to this delay, a refund has been processed (which is not what I asked for by the way) however only for the item, I then query about the delivery fee because I will not pay a fee for a delivery that had not taken place, I'm then informed once again that the matter has been escalated. Mind you, I only receive responses after sending at least 2 emails regarding the same question/query. I am heavily disappointed in the service and I will never trust placing orders through Bash ever again.
