Bash has poor delivery service and feedback

I ordered a couch on 5 August @bash.com. I paid 950 for delivery until now I have not received a update on delivery or anything and it was paid cash. I am annoyed est delivery was 5-10 days. With no update on delivery after mailing them with no feedback. I am heading overseas and cant receive the couch now due to poor feedback. If I pay a delivery fee i expect the item to be delivered with updates ASAP. Its unacceptable
