BASH fails to deliver and expects customers to wait for delivery with no communication

I am currently experiencing the worse service from this shopping platform. I purchased an item online. The delivery date was supposed to be 3rd December 2024, which was fine by me. BASH then outsourced delivery to another company. They sent me an sms saying they have moved my delivery date earlier to 30 November, a Saturday, with no notice, and the connotation that I should be available for collection, when I was not home. I them had to rush home. No one delivered my package. Keziah contacted me back, saying that my package has not been delivered and that it hasn't reached my home yet. I waited until 6. On Sunday, I get an sms stating that my package is out for delivery and j fail to collect it 3 times it will be refunded. They have made no attempt to check where my package is or why their delivery company is sending messages saying your package will be delivered but not making any contact with me at all from the courier or the driver. I believe my package is lost. They are sending messages to say if I don't collect within the 3rd attempt, they will refund me but it appears to be a guide as they are the ones who are not delivering on purpose. I want my package. I do not want a refund. I want better service because this is pathetic, making customers waste their time on weekends when they never going to deliver anyway
