Bash doesn't pay refund money for faulty warranty products

My couch from @Home was faulty, during warranty, so @Home/Bash promised to refund me. They very quickly collected the faulty couch. That was two months ago. And they have yet to repay me the money owing to me for the refund. Totally unacceptable excuses- they're sure it's been paid then discover it wasnt, their payments are delayed, and so the lame excuses continue. You owe me lots of money and it's completely unacceptable that you have not repaid me yet. That's *****ing!
