Bash doesn't care about their customers.

I have been waiting for my order since the 25th of November 2024, today is the 3rd of December 2024. They sent a tracking number with no courier services. I cannot find the order anywhere in the courier companies I've looked at. They haven't been in touch since and I'm requesting a refund they can keep their product. I had ordered a Luella brown bag.
