BASH DOES NOT CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I placed an order on the 5th December and awaited my delivery. On the 18th December I received notification that the delivery driver was on his way and whilst waiting I received an email that the delivery failed. I immediately notified BASH who on several emails advised that they had reached out to the courier. They now want to refund my order due their couriers incompetence. This is the worst customer experience ever!!!
