BASH DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE RUDE!!

I ordered a clothing item on bash and was sent a text yesterday stating that it would be delivered today before 5pm. I was called by the delivery lady once which become a missed call. When they called which was the second time calling. I was asked where I was and I told them she complained that they have left the area already. I was shocked at that because of the tone that was used. She then correct it by saying that are coming. I directed her and she said they were coming.

I told her when they are near a certain land mark that she must call me to ensure that they do not get lost. She indeed did that and I directed her. In the middle of our conversation the call cut and I called her back. Ever since then, I was the one who kept calling to find out where they were. She become very skeptical about come until the ly stopped picking up my call. When they eventually picked up a man picked up and told me that they were no longer coming and that they will come another time but not today. When I was responding to thet he then dropped the phone on my ear and never picked up again. 5min later I received a formal automated response stating that they can not deliver. Am so disgusted by how I was just treated. As though they are doing me a favour in bringing my order. The mere fact that I was the one calling them with my airtime and having them slam the phone on my ears. The man was extremely rude and need to be taught how to handle customers. I AM AFTER ALL THE PAYING COMSTUMER.
