BASH DELIVERY NOT RECEIVED
Bash worked very fine until a problem struck. There customer service platform is very bad. I had an order indicated as delivered, which I did not receive. They do not have a working number and they have a chat platform which works similar to WhatsApp, but bad. I have to chat and wait for a response from an available agent and if I do not stay focused and I miss a message then have to start again. Honestly I never had a problem until now.

07 Nov 2025, 11:05Bash came through very good and a very special thanks to Tae from Bash for all her assistance. It was the Courier Company that was so negligent. I would like to request that Bash looks into their contact number as the one that is available on Google does not work. I was fortunate found one on their Facebook page.
