Bash delivery drivers think they've made it

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing service!

The driver's attitude was absolutely unacceptable. An 8-minute waiting window is simply not enough, especially when customers have made arrangements and are expecting their deliveries. What made the experience worse was the attitude I received. There is a way to communicate with customers, and being rude or impatient is never acceptable.

Now, because of this experience, I have to wait until tomorrow for another driver, which is an unnecessary inconvenience. I placed my order expecting a smooth delivery process, not to be left frustrated and having to rearrange things because of poor service.

Bash seriously needs to look into how its drivers interact with customers and reconsider whether an 8-minute waiting period is reasonable. Customers are paying for a service and deserve to be treated with respect. Delivery is not just about getting an order from point A to point B; the customer experience matters too.

I am genuinely disappointed because this could have been handled so much better. Bash, please do better. Better communication, more reasonable waiting times and professional drivers should be the bare minimum. This experience has left a very bad impression.
