Bash Delivery drivers

I am very disappointed in Bash delivery service, our experience was always good but today i was waiting for my delivery since we got a message to say its out for delivery. The driver called my husband twice, but he was at work and decided to return the package back to the warehouse while im waiting at home. When i contacted the driver, he responded he is going home now. The driver was not even close to the house, I am very angry knowing he didn't come to the house.
