BASH delivers A Woman's Watch Even though I Purchased A Man's Watch

I had a very terrible experience with BASH I bought a Daniel Klein Men's watch online, I thought that they were a professional online store but I had to painstakingly wait too long for my order and when my order arrived upon opening the package I found a wrong watch and a woman's watch. I was very disappointed because you have to thoroughly check that the correct item is dispatched to the right person, but BASH takes incompetence to the highest level and now I have to incur additional costs by going to American Swiss to return the watch
