Bash Delivered My Order to the Wrong Address and Used a Forged Signature

am extremely disappointed with the service from Bash Delivery.

My order was marked as “delivered,” yet I never received anything. The Proof of Delivery they provided is completely incorrect:

The signature on the POD is not mine, which means someone else signed for my parcel without my permission.

Despite these issues, the delivery was marked as “successful.”

This is unacceptable. My parcel was delivered to the wrong person, yet I am expected to accept this as a completed delivery.

I did not receive the parcel. I did not sign for it. I did not authorise anyone to accept it on my behalf.

Customers should not suffer losses due to courier negligence or false delivery records.
