Bash customer service is disgusting 🤮

I am utterly disappointed with Bash, I bought three items from Bash(The Fix) on the Black Friday special, I did not receive any communication from them and resorted to calling them. I was then told that my query had been escalated and that I should be receiving communication.

I didn’t get any communication and then resorted to another email asking about the progress of the delay.

The next day I received an email stating that my order had been given to the courier company.

On 9 December 2024, my order was delivered with one item missing. I tried calling them back and found out that they have closed their lines and suggested I email them.

I only received a prompt response to say that they have a delay with response as they have a back log due to the Black Friday.

These pants I bought are supposed to be for my child’s Christmas outfit and now I don’t know what to do
