BASH cancelled my order but still has items available for order

So I ordered a sneaker from bash and order another item do that I could get the free delivery. Order B***-01 They cancelled the sneaker but I see it still available to order online. I contacted them (see below) and was told that I have to wait for my refund and then order again and pay delivery or order more items. What if the refund only comes after the sale or stock runs out again?

Very poor service and not helpful at all.

We are not able to reinstate a purchase once it has to been cancelled. You have to place a new order.
