Bash black Friday sale was a ****

I purchased 2 pairs of Adidas grand court sneakers and paid using the TFG card both shoes were on sale for 50% off. After a few days a parcel was delivered but it was a kids puma for the value of R399 i tried contacting bash but all i got was a chat bot and email responses that couldn't help me in any way except get the puma returned and i was supposed to then get my refund for the shoee i purchased Which was R1200 but now they only refunded me R399 i think the black Friday sale was a ****. They supposed to send me my correct items that i ordered and paid for or send me my full refund.... I demand answers
