BASH = BAD, VÉRY BAD

I've been waiting since 18/12/2023 for a parcel which is a Christmas gift. It is now 22/12/2023. Reached out to BASH, it didn't help. Contacted RAM couriers 4 times and my husband even went to their warehouse in Rustenburg but they wouldn't let him in. Still no parcel. I definitely won't order from BASH again.
