Bash are not that Great

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a wooden 4-post bed base from @home/Bash for a staggering R25,000. The entire experience was a disaster from start to finish, leaving me utterly disappointed and frustrated.

On the day of delivery, the team arrived with an attitude that was as unprofessional as it gets. Initially, they claimed that the bed base pieces couldn't be taken up the stairs, which seemed like an absurd excuse. After suggesting they use the upstairs balcony access, they somehow managed to get the pieces up, but not without causing more chaos. Instead of carrying the wooden components properly, they dragged them across the floor, leaving me worried about potential damage.

The assembly process was another nightmare. The delivery team seemed clueless about how to assemble the bed base, and they handed back over 20 nuts and bolts, claiming they were unnecessary. It's baffling how such a critical oversight could occur, especially considering the premium price we paid.

For R25,000, I expect a seamless and professional service, not a series of blunders that make you question the competence of the company. @home and Bash charge top dollar for their products, but it seems they fail to deliver on the quality of service that should accompany such prices. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your sanity and your wallet.
