Bash and Ram couriers missing order

I ordered online ,to my surprise I received an email indicating that order was delivered on the 5th May 2026 ,which was never delivered by Ram,its 7 days since dealing with the mess ,until today my order is not delivered, its exhausting, I doubt if I will ever order from bash again as long they are using Ram as their courier company, because no accountability at all,I lost money ,items ordered not delivered.
