bash and *****lent adding books on my account

I have an account with Foschin - never have i ever received a call from any one asking me about this books they keep on creditng on my account . I need assistance where did you talk to me and i gave eprmsiion for you guys to bill me for that for the past 6 months you have been adding this books i dont get them i dont know who authorised that ***. Please do find the call record where you spoke with me if not please do credit my account with the money that has been added on to it whilst i dont owe you anything for your books i never gave permsision for that
