Bash and Foschini mis sold

I’m so disappointed by Bash and foschini . Black friday week they had been a special the buy one get one free offer . I had a few purchases in the items on promo however when I had received one item for each purchase . I had enquire about it with their customer service and I was advised I should’ve added the other item to my cart as well. There was no clear instructions on how to order or a disclaimer for that matter . I asked if anything can be done and we advised the promo has expired.

I’m so disappointed as the only reason I made that purchase was because of that deal
