Bash and American Swiss

Horrible is an understatement, I’ve been trying to return a product, I’ve been sent from pillar to post, emails that don’t even offer a solution, i went to 2 American Swiss stores and still I wasn’t helped, all I want is my money back and for them to take their product, I’ve had countless emails with them that are just meaningless as I’m not even getting any help, they said the courier will pick up the package but it’s been a full week now
