Bad service from BASH

I ordered a Spinning Bike online - Everlast Fury - R6399.95 Order no B***4-01 on 14 March and paid for it. It was available - sold by Total Sports SA - and on Monday 17 March - received an email with " sorry we had a hick up with our inventory, your order was cancelled" While at the same time it showed that Total Sport still have 4 bikes in Centurion available. No effort was made, to ship one from another store, I rep**** to the mail, asking the manager to phone me, two emails send. Nothing received back, no phoned call. This is pathetic- no effort was made to accompany me, the client. I am now paying a price for *********** staff members, and no apology from any senior manager. PLEASE THINK TWICE - before ordering anything from BASH - I now reside in Mpumalanga, and are not able to dive more than 400 km for what they had in another store. unacceptable !! VROT service - Really !! not walking the extra mile for a client. BLY WEG !!
