bad service

We went to Markham Village Mall in Kathu and they refused to help us take the item back yet they are the ones that sent us a wring order ,we orderd two Cardigans and instead we got a suit we have been struggling since the 6the of June and the items are not on sale anymore we can not even get the sizes ,yet we can not even be helped this was the worst service ever,from the 6th of June until now no help!!!
