Bad service, *********** customer support.

What bad and *********** customer service!!! Ordered a pair of shoes and they delivered shoes of the same side (RHS) difficult to exchange/return. A week later ordered a duvet set only for it to be delivered without pillowcases and another struggle. Told to return and request for refund which will take 10 BS. Overall my experience with Bash is so bad that I doubt I'll ever place an order with them as they basically have no processes in place to run the online transactions
