Bad Service/***********

Good day I Purchased a Nespresso Creatista Plus Coffee online, value R7649.15 The incorrect item was delivered a Nespresso Essenza mini R2399.00. I tried changing it at the @Home store and they cannot assist. Asked to go back to bash. Tried call Bash and could not get through, eventually I got hold of a lady and she suggested I return the wrong item, how? Was at the store already. I am getting the run around for someone else's mistakes. I would appreciate it if Bash can collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct item, there is a massive price difference between the two. I am surprised of how *********** the dispatch team is. It has now become my problem to resolve this issue as Bash don't seem very competent and show no interest in rectifying their error. I don't want a refund just the item I paid for. Don't advertise if you cant deliver
