Bad service

I have never experienced such a bad customer service, I have been holding the line for help from customer care for 40 min with no help they advertised a ring online for R2100 and now they saying the specific ring I want and saw is R3999 but isn’t that the customer needs to pay the price they saw.. 30. (1) A supplier must not advertise any particular goods or services as being available at a specified price in a manner that may result in consumers being misled or deceived in any respect relating to the actual availability of those goods or services from that supplier, at that advertised price.
