Bad service

I ordered online, 6 items on their 3 for 2 offer. Paid and received an emaileed to state paid. 2 days ago i get an email to say that 2 items arw no stock and i will b refunded but the amount will.be less cause of the offer. They did not call me to ask can they substitute for another fragrance. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!.Last Time i had a similar issue and they go away with it. I refuse this Time. So sad to see big businesses Like this do so wrong
