Bad service

This is the second time receiving a wrong item and it's not even within the value of the product I ordered you guys are trying to rob us.i ordered a sneaker online for R2200 your sent me a wrong one which is R1100 when I tried swapping it for wat I originally order the shoe is out of stock. You guys are taking advantage and chances with us.
