Bad service

I have been waiting for a delivery for the past 5 days. The tracking detail shows that delivery was unsuccessful yet i was here way past the time they say they tried to deliver. Tried calling, no answer. Tried emailing, no answer. The TFG group abruptly cuts you off saying they don't deal with Bash queries. After I get if I get my goods I will cancel my account!
