bad service

what a disgsusting service.i ordered items on special 80% paid order through.days went by without getting the items,tracked my order,everytime it said cancelled,parcel not ready. i had to question when i tracked my order it gave me that order cancelled by store,i told them by email they said probably the store is out of stock, how but it was on stock online. now the dresses are back normal price 99rand i bought them for 25rands,they want to refund me for 25rands how ?i do not even want refund i want the dresses i know a few exact store that has the dresses around what they can do is give me a voucher to buy the dresses for that amount.they say they offering me a voucher for the inconvinience caused by cancellation and what about the item
