Bad experience shopping on Bash online

About a month ago I used Bash online for the first time to buy some items from Foschini, as they now use Bash for online purchases. When going onto Bash it then redirected to the store you want to purchase from. I purchased my items successfully and made payment. Since then I have been receiving communication that my items are on the way and I have also been sending emails to complain. Today I finally complained to Bash directly and to my surprise the agent that was helping me mentioned that the site I was redirected to was a **** and that they are aware of the site which shocked me. Surely they should have been measures in place already to block that site Bash is aware. What a horrible experience!!!
